Refund & Return Policy

YNVRS Apparel has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@ynvrsapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as YNVRS Apparel is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately at info@ynvrsapparel.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Limited-release items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because inventory may be limited.

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to return the original item if it is eligible. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
